I felt like there was finally something I could DO when I experienced stress.

I had experienced trauma in my life. I'm sure we all have at this point. And, like many other moms, I had buried it deep inside because I was too busy going through the motions. I was surviving my way through motherhood, instead of actually enjoying it.

After being introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
 Tapping, my entire life changed. I felt like there was finally something I could DO when I experienced stress. I felt in control and SO incredibly empowered by this tool. I also began utilizing it with my kids!

 

Because of this, I became inspired to share this powerful tool with other moms so that THEY feel calmer and more in control as well. I then teach them how to introduce it to their children... Empowering KIDS with a tool they can use whenever they experience stress!

I've even created a community of women working to free themselves from the daily stressors that ensue as a mom. 

I have degrees in psychology, school counseling, and have experience working in dual language and special needs programs. Additionally, I am a Certified EFT Practitioner, Shamanic Reiki Master, and have been trained in a variety of healing modalities such as Matrix Reimprinting.

 

I feel blessed to have learned  the life-changing tool of EFT, and honored to now share this gift with others! 

What is "Tapping?"

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) "Tapping" is a combination of ancient Chinese medicine and modern-day psychology. When certain acupoints are stimulated by a person tapping on them with their fingers, the brain's stress alarm is turned off. This allows the brain to feel calmer and think differently about stressful events. 

 

The body has natural pathways of energy running through it. When we encounter something stressful, it creates a blockage of energy similar to what a dam does to a river. Through focusing on whatever has created that dam (stressful event) and sending signals to our brain to relax (through tapping), we are able to release the dam and allow the river (energy) to move more freely.
